Voter turnout in our fair city's most recent election was a dismal 32.4%. Some 50 000 voters couldn't be bothered. See if you can identify the new and old mayors from this picture...I bet you can't! Time for city hall to start promoting elections with flyers and newspaper ads and polling stations people can walk to and.........
