ROLE MODEL OR BEER MODEL?

So what is the message here? I would say that the people in charge of the women's hockey team need to be taught a lesson. How about charging them,

supplying liquor to minors

supplying tobacco to minors

and why not slap a 5 day liquor sales ban on the owners of the venue?
